Aramsco, Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Sovereign Industries, Inc. (“Sovereign”). Sovereign, located in Euclid, Ohio, is a regional distributor of janitorial supplies and equipment to customers in government, education, commercial, and other market segments.
